2 weeks fish and broccoli diet AMAZING results 18th Nov to 2nd Dec

This diet is EXTREME & considered a CRASH DIET it is in no way advised as a sensible method for losing weight.
If you are planning to undertake this diet all you will have in your body is Fish & Broccoli and enough quantity to satisfy the brain enough to deplete fat storage rather then muscle reserves although it could still dip into the richer safer muscle storage if more then 2 weeks is introduced.

The eating plan was
70g oat in the morning with water
then every 3 hours
200 g white skinless boneless fish and 200g broccoli and that's it

Mo Miah I did the extreme. I had plain white boneless fish and just broccoli cooked in water. The fish I simple oven cooked with nothing added. I’m sure a little creativity won’t hurt though so crack open the spice drawer.

CoronaVirus just eating f&b is not something I advise as your weight loss program. It’s designed to strip off the remaining stubborn fat at the END of a structured sensible long term plan. There is no short term fix that gets long term results. Try to think of the human body as a brain. So if you starve it yes you will lose weight but it will react and make the next attempt at dieting harder and worse will sacrifice muscle storage and protect the fat that is PROTECTING your vital organs , you see the body hasn’t changed much since we first walked around , we used to be prey for many things including ourselves , it’s only society that has changed meaning we can become fat and lazy. The key here is you need to find. Long term solutions and use F&B if you are for example going on holiday or anywhere you need to look at your best to show off the hard work you put in the many MONTHS EARLIER. hope this helps.

I was 32 waist but had a beer belly.. I tried it for almost 3 weeks.. Not going to lie.. It was hard eating like this for that period of time.. I ran 2 miles a day.. Did 100 pushups 100 seatups and worked my abs.. Did not go to a gym.. Never have.. And i can say.. At the age of 39.. I look way better than when i was 20. Try it... Fish, broccoli, and nothing but water.

Yeah it works . But not in 2 weeks . I’ve been doing it since January. 2 hours in the gym for 6 days a week , plus the salmon & veggies. Plain & simple. Put in the work .

2 weeks isn't long enough on anything natural bro, I have freak genetics and get ripped with out even trying hard maybe if your on peptides, pro hormones or test. Fool casuals not ppl have been working out for years. There is such thing as post work out buff, you obviously worked out before the last shoot another thing is you could be running low on water makes you look more defined, three you are totally flexing and sucking in your stomach plus your pushing up on your core and huntched over this always makes the abs look better the crease your ribcage probes how hard you are flexing, four you tanned for your 2 week results lol. No hate to ya man hope your channel grows but don't use trickery if you want ppl to be loyal when you first start a channel.

You forgot to mention sweat and determination on ur workout routine. You present the difference as if it was a diet change only, which is not true ..u obviously worked out as well. Which is good, though u didnt mention the most important part of the transformation. So it's a fail.

@Aliens Built Me He didnt have much fat to begin with. His traps obviously got larger, and his abs got way more cut. That only happens from working out, not just diet...If you cant see that then your cheap insult should be reserved for you alone 🤷🏼‍♂️ but if you believe eating overpriced junk food along with only eating broccoli and fish will make you healthy then have fun with that.

David Ramos you shouldn’t need proof. The proof is in the science you are putting a drastically low amount of calories into the body over a fairly long period of time it’s simply nature the body will look for sustenance and will find it in storage , ie fat. The reason it’s only two weeks is if the brain does not sense change it’ll shift to the more abundant muscle rather then fat as fat is still preferred over muscle in survival instinct. I don’t advise this diet but I can’t ignore the results that can be achieved. Remember though all bodies are different and all bodies react differently to fasting of this nature.

the diet is an extreme fat stripper not recommended as a main diet or at the start of any weight loss journey. Select any white boneless skinless fish and 200g ( however more fish can be added if necessary) 200g of broccoli and 7 days a week there’s isn’t any let up. Consume a lot of water during this time and 70g of porridge oats with water in the morning.

I tried many diets, lost weight but could not stay on them. I tried sardines and frozen mixed vegetable diet, lost 29 Lbs in 2 months = 1/2 Lb a day and can honestly say "I think I can eat this food forever" I add kale, collards, broccoli Etc. , but vegetables and fish are a fantastic easy diet to follow. When I get to my desired wight, I will just eat more of the same ingredients. Great video, thanks.
